This certification course covers the basics of handling life threatening emergencies that might arise in the early years. Taught by a paramedic with extensive first-hand experience, this class will teach participants how to perform CPR and clear airway obstructions in infants and children. An important skill for all parents and caregivers, infant CPR provides participants with the ability to recognize and respond effectively to heart and respiratory emergencies arising in children. Each participant will receive a certificate of completion from the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
